You don't feed your soul lies

Luke 4:4 kjv

4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

I know a female that I had a relationship with that use to say that her mother told her you have to feed your soul. She was/is religious. But she is blinded by the god of this world. 2 Corinthians 4:4  As written by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. And after I started to come around and understand more she didn't understand. And I would tell her about the word of God but she would get offended. You don't feed yourself lies. I've had association in friendship with persons being Jewish believers in Yeshua or Jesus Christ because they call him both of those names. And they would say/teach don't teach your children lies. You know tooth fairy, Santa Claus, Easter bunnies, and so on. Jesus said to pick up your cross and follow him and to deny yourself. Luke 9:23 What do you deny yourself of? Fornication, foods that are sugary or bad for you, Smoking, Alcohol, drugs, music that defiles the soul, sexual fornication, idolatry, and even photography if it indulged in things that are against the spirit. You also deny yourself of Artistic Endeavors that are against the spirit. You are to walk IN THE SPIRIT! NOT THE FLESH! You deny yourself of the club life, maybe certain types of sports. Not exercise! You deny yourself of friends that are toxic. You deny yourself of the lust of the eyes. That doesn't mean you're going to be perfect. It also doesn't mean you're to become a Pharisee. You know he said that the sheep know the shepherd and they hear his voice and they follow after and they will not listen to another. I want you to know that the Lord said without obeying the Vine or we can say God's Commandments, people that have Wicked Spirits as the person who opens such doors will eventually become worst than the first state. So you see you cannot follow the world and be spiritually nourished. When we do such things and don't listen not only do we open doors that should not be open but than that person starts to justify serving two masters. They start to despise the Lord. And the way he told us as we see not the value in obeying as we make a pretense, a man who sold everything to buy a field because his way is the way to Paradise/Eternal life. He is THE LIFE. There is no other way to overcome because the branch cannot live without the vine. It will be a dead corpse. He came to give you/us life and in abundance. So renew your minds and spend time in prayer and in the word. Be a DOER of the WORD! See why he said you have to strive to enter. He also said there's not even one that is good. Remember Angel fell and Satan himself was an angel. And they are made above us. So wake up.

The way that I understand because the lord Jesus said people search the scriptures for in them they think they have eternal life, John 5:39-47 ;so you have a manual, you have a history book, but this is not just a history book because this is the actual word of God and it's a Living Word that comes off the page. It is like no other manual. You can learn about fixing things by reading a manual. You can gain knowledge about your computer by reading the manual it came with. But if you are a technician and you only know the theory but you don't have the hands-on experience such a person will be lost. That's why you have to seek his righteousness and his guidance. The hand can't say to the foot I have no need of you. 1 Corinthians 12:21

After notes: Some people have food allergies so there are preachers/Christians that will say and think God said all foods are acceptable. Same with denying yourselves. Christians are called to holiness and if you are in CHRIST you cannot serve two masters. You either love the truth or hate it.

Some of these drop out go on to be successful in some other way. But this is not the norm because education is valuable . The education given by the biblical Jesus also known as Yeshua is of the greatest education you could ever receive in this life. The word of God being the gospel is the power onto salvation. Many people who do go to school receive a college diploma or university degree and many of these people die in their sins and never received true salvation before leaving this life.
