What is the true meaning of the gospel?

The word gospel comes from the Old English god meaning "good" and spel meaning "news, a story." In Christianity, the term "good news" refers to the story of Jesus Christ's birth, death, and resurrection. Gospel music is heard in church and sung by a gospel choir.

By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain. In this passage, Paul emphasizes the primacy of the gospel—it is of “first importance.” The gospel message contains two historical facts, both supported by Scripture: Christ’s death and His resurrection. Both those facts are bolstered by other proofs: Christ’s death is proved by His burial, and His resurrection is proved by the eyewitnesses.

A Message from God

What exactly do Christians mean when they talk about the “gospel of Jesus Christ”? Since the word “gospel” means “good news,” when Christians talk about the gospel, they’re simply telling the good news about Jesus! It’s a message from God saying, “Good news! Here is how you can be saved from my judgment!” That’s an announcement you can’t afford to ignore.

If you are unsaved you can have salvation. Please take an interest ready the gospels MARK, MATTHEW, LUKE & JOHN and pray. By hearing the word of GOD.

Some of these drop out go on to be successful in some other way. But this is not the norm because education is valuable . The education given by the biblical Jesus also known as Yeshua is of the greatest education you could ever receive in this life. The word of God being the gospel is the power onto salvation. Many people who do go to school receive a college diploma or university degree and many of these people die in their sins and never received true salvation before leaving this life. People mock Christians. It’s happened to me. It’s happened to street preachers. They don't realize that everyday around the world people die. People die of many different causes. Later on a day or two it passed me by again and I realized it's important and I've been speaking about something like this. Some Christians who are true Christians just tolerate it. There are some trying to pick ones out of the other and their hypocrites because they treat each other very badly. I understand the reasons believe me.
