Where Satan's seat is

((Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation;))

Luke 21:26

King James Version

26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

You know a question came to mind today and I've studied this in the past or had an intriguing look at it. Not just in reading and studying about the seven churches in Asia Minor in the Book of Revelation but I wanted to know where do things stand since the first century and beyond. How are things developing today. Because today not only has man gone to outer space and put incredible telescopes up there but astronauts have done some incredible things. Recently William Shatner went to outer space for real briefly. God's word says that in the end times great things will come to light. Great discoveries but at the same time we still wrestle not against flesh and blood as there are things created UN seen that man might ponder but doesn't really believe but few do. Though we hear talk about the great reset today. The Great Tribulation. We hear talk about Armageddon. I think it was Saint John's dream from the island of Patmos that's written in the Book of Revelation. And not to ponder up again and again the same thing as Christians. What will be the sign of your coming Christ was asked? Great Tribulation. So you see countries have nuclear weapons and the first couple of world wars were devastating. People who served in those Wars could probably tell you the Horrors that they witnessed or they were involved in. Of course none of us want this or we shouldn't. Christ was the prince of peace. But the basic layout as Clues given in the Book of Revelation are evident.  Already today that set up is already in place. We hear about the Euphrates River and its importance biblically. We know about Syria. And Jerusalem was recognized by President Donald Trump and his team in modern times. 6:44 p.m. January 12th 2022

So some questions to consider

When did Turkey become a nation?

October 29, 1923

The Treaty of Lausanne was signed on 24 July 1923. On 13 October Ankara officially became the capital of the new Turkish state. On 29 October a republic was proclaimed, with Mustafa Kemal as its first president.

Christianity in Turkey has had a long history dating back to the 1st-century AD. In modern times the percentage of Christians in Turkey has declined from 20 to 25 percent in 1914 to 3–5.5 percent in 1927, to 0.3–0.4% today roughly translating to 200,000–320,000 devotees.

What nations have the greatest nuclear power? I was trying to find out in terms of nuclear weapons but still this answer is interesting

By far the largest nuclear electricity producers are the United States with 789,919 GWh of nuclear electricity in 2020, followed by China with 344,748 GWh.

North Korea pulled out of the NPT in 2003. North Korea is estimated to have 30 nuclear warheads, none of which are retired.

Today, Russia has the highest number of nuclear weapons estimated at 6,490 warheads. 4,490 of these are active and 2,000 are retired. The United States follows closely behind with 6,185 total nuclear weapons, 3,800 of these are active and 2,385 are retired.

North Korea pulled out of the NPT in 2003. North Korea is estimated to have 30 nuclear warheads, none of which are retired.

Luke 21:25

King James Version

Or reference reading. Nations with the most crime. Is this any kind of an indicator? I would think so too a certain degree. But there are nations that don't have that much crime as those others but some are powerful in terms of nuclear Nations.

Countries with the Highest Crime Rates*

The countries with the ten highest crime rates, expressed in per 100,000 people, globally are:

Venezuela (83.76)

Papua New Guinea (80.79)

South Africa (76.86)

Afghanistan (76.31)

Honduras (74.54)

Trinidad and Tobago (71.63)

Guyana (68.74)

El Salvador (67.79)

Brazil (67.49)

Jamaica (67.42)

Venezuela has a crime index of 83.76, the highest of any country in the world. The U.S. Department of State has issued a Level 4 travel advisory for Venezuela, indicating that it is unsafe to travel to the country, and travelers should not travel there. Venezuela's high crime rates have been attributed to reasons including corrupt authorities, a flawed judiciary system, and poor gun control.

Interesting what they say. Corrupt authorities. God calls it s i n. A flawed Judiciary System.

You know I studied Empires before or had a look at them. Democracies, dictatorships and communist countries. And so on. What is the world made of?

Revelation 2:13-16

King James Version

13 I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.

Where does Satan have his seat? We'll look at this they have the doctrine of Balaam.

Here's what the Book of Revelation says

14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate.

They cast a stumbling block before the children of Israel. So they were pagans. The Book of Revelation is about the future. But we know about those Nations that destroyed the temple. And the Roman Empire was massive at one time.

Which nations destroyed the temple?

The Romans destroyed much of the city, including the Second Temple. The majority of information on the siege comes from the copious notes of the Jewish historian Flavius Josephus.

Where is Satan's seat on Earth?

In the New Testament Book of Revelation, the faith of the Pergamon believers, who "dwell where Satan's throne is" is commended by the author. Many scholars believe that the "seat of Satan" refers to the Pergamon Altar, due to its resemblance to a gigantic throne.

Pergamon an ancient city of Turkey. Asia Minor ring a bell

Who ruled in the 1st century?

Two thousand years ago, at the dawn of the first century, the world was ruled by Rome.

Was Turkey part of the Roman Empire in the first century?

Since 129 BCE, the Roman Republic had also ruled over Anatolia, but from a distance. In 333, the area officially became part of the Roman Empire, and Anatolia was at the center of it. Emperor Constantine selected a small city to be the new imperial capital.

Just off the bat we know that very evil men came from certain Nations. One of them is Hitler and he came from Germany.  We also know that's some great offenders who seem to do as much harm came from other nations.   Joseph Stalin and Adolf Hitler are two names but there was another Nero whom had quite a rap sheet. Nero wreaked havoc in the Roman Empire.

Then there is another name in Julius Caesar. They say he committed war crimes

What war crimes was Julius Caesar accused of?

Was the concept of war crimes new? Were they more serious than the acts of other Roman Generals?

"Apart from his cruelty against the Gauls, and as a lesser known fact, Caesar committed genocide on two Gemanic tribes that were at the time migrating and conquering parts of Gallia."

The Bible tells us is Satan brings Nations to their knees. We wrestle not against flesh and blood. And Satan hates God's people. For the devil and even those fallen angels to be kicked out of heaven has to be pretty profound. The one we are to look to is the Lord Jesus Christ as described in the King James Bible. Yes Satan has has his seat on earth.

Prophecy was made...

How did Israel become a country again?

Israeli Independence

The United Nations approved a plan to partition Palestine into a Jewish and Arab state in 1947, but the Arabs rejected it. In May 1948, Israel was officially declared an independent state with David Ben-Gurion, the head of the Jewish Agency, as the prime minister. Jun 30, 2017

So I guess we wonder where Satan seat is seat on Earth today. We know from scriptures that he wanders the Earth looking for people to devour so he's not an upstanding citizen. We know that he has a kingdom and he was a murderer from the beginning. He is the father of Lies according to Christ. You know Lucifer went from  guarding the Throne of God to setting other Angels against God in a revolt which seems pretty evil. We know about Antipas (God faithful Martyr) from pergamus Turkey.

So let's mainly conclude with the book of Romans. What book? The Book of Romans.

Romans 5:18-21

King James Version

18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:

21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

You are saved by grace through faith. See what it says. The law entered so that the offense might abound. But where sin abounds grace did much more abound. Sin rained on to death, grace reigns through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ Our Lord.

Ephesians 2:8-9

King James Version

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Now look at this next scripture

Ephesians 1:4-6

King James Version

4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

The importance to a born again Christian or even Christians that are going to become born again look what it says in

Ephesians 1:4-6.

Grace plays a big part. You can see why Christ was so upset at the Pharisees just by pondering that word grace. Forgive 7 times 77 times. Look at those other keywords being predestined, adoption, Glory, foundations of the world, adoption of children, the gift of God.

Jesus once said unless you are like little children you won't enter his kingdom. Innocent and blameless before God.

Where Satan's seat is: Greater is he that is in you that is in the world. You must be born again John 3:3 and even more important. Written in the book of Corinthians. 19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

Revelation 12:12

“Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.”
