 11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

Wherein dwelleth righteousness???

Recently I have heard various sermons touching upon the glory of the Gospel. Yet another talking about the book of Acts and how it starts out and address the jews. There was talk about the divided Kingdoms of Israel with Jehoshaphat involvement who wanted to unite them. He wanted to form an alliance. I believe it's the northern and southern kingdoms of Israel that were divided at that time. And they consulted some 400 prophets but there was one prophet that they thought they should consult but he only would prophesied bad things for the king. So they wanted to consult micaiah. Now this king of Judah is said to have been prospering and the people respected him. Anyways an alliance was  formed and it appeared to be the right thing. This was done through marriage and through that connection but the king wanted to do things God's way. I think just as I'm going to conclude later that we have to obey and fulfill God's will and not ours. 

I've heard different sermons with different teachings on curiosity where in I did have a look and listen.

 

Somebody said or made reference to the mind of Christ. Christ said that God does not think as men think. And I remember other Christians some of them tell others if somebody tells you in Christianity to do this or that don't listen to them. They always bring this salvation issue back. Yes it's true salvation is in "A" person. They reiterate that salvation is plus nothing. If that be true then there are some mind boggling issues because the Messiah is going to tell  people he doesn't know them on the day of judgement and in fact that he never did. Jesus said if you love me keep my Commandments. You can think of The Commandments and disobey them. Even to repent is to make a turnaround. It is to make a change in life in whatever area is flawed and sinful. But as humans, even as Born Again Christians there's going to be a tug of war between the Flesh and the spirit. In other words the physical things that we see with the eyes could lead us into temptation such as looking on a woman with lust. This causes a person to sin in their thoughts and it could materialize. Remember King David lusted after Bathsheba. And he even went as far as having her husband murdered. That was the price of following his fantasy weakness of mind swimming in lust. I sometimes hear about babies left somewhere because somebody abandoned them right after birth. At least they did not commit abortion and thank the Lord that baby be found alive. Somebody could not control their lust. Scripture tells us there are certain types of lusts that are sin against a person's own body. They talk about the power of the Mind and you have to renew your mind. We have to do it. Apostle Peter said those trials were very valuable. And people have different weaknesses. Some of them are similar. But I do believe they can be overcome.

 

Just because we are under grace in the New Testament people think that generational curses are obsolete but they're not. We should fear the Lord. But there's something inside that influences us or temps us to follow the world. You see we connect love and relationship in that way because we're humans. But the gospel teaches to live in the spirit and not the flesh. Christ said they have made the house of God into a den of thieves. The lesson was that God values people that pray and has a relationship with him. God highly esteem a contrite human being. 3:03 a.m. January 18th 2022

 

Before I explain what is important that is a good lesson I must say people need to ponder John 10:10. The thief comes to murder, steal and basically to do evil but Christ is come to give you an abundance of life. In him is life. We always look on the other side of the grass and think it's green over there. Yes it's true some people have a better advantage then others. But the lord loves those that are broken. The lord loves those that the world despises. So in other words even if we are born again Christians there is a tendency now to think that a person is higher than other people and you might end up despising others and thinking you're better. "Judging the heart wrongly" We have to remember to be humble but bold. There are some celebrities  being famous people that live a life that other people cannot even imagine. And it's true that some of them have talents that are world class. Some of them have been giving gifts for example : exterior attractiveness including musical or artistic gifts. What I've been taught is that God acknowledges their great gifts and so you have to give those people that. Because you are the same person in the Life to Come that you were on Earth. If you were talented in some way and you shared that lest it does not bring people into sin then that is a gift you were given and utilized. So for people to be jealous or envious is stupidity. It is ignorance. But as a Christian where we have to draw the distinction is when a person of this magnitude ; when their life is led into sin instead of salvation. The devil controls the kingdoms of this world. Review Matthew 4:1-11. See what St. John said "the whole world lieth in wickedness."

 

Okay one of the greatest lesson in scripture is to forgive others 7 * 77 times. And even celebrities and one in particular I have in mind as reported in media has a hard time doing this. To flaunt the sins of your family in Media shows God that you are in error. You might see it as healing to be able to address it in the wrong way. So first I needed to address this. Remember God said if a town had even a few righteous he would save it. Jesus said there's not even one. That only God is good. And I've heard a preacher say in his sermon that we are going to be sinners on Earth and we won't be able to overcome this like Christ until we put on our unblemished spiritual bodies. I can understand the reasoning. It still is the power of the Mind. If Satan was created above us and he is much more powerful and look what happened when he was already an angel. Those fallen angels as scripture calls them the Devil's Angels fell and God preserved them on to chains of darkness then are we sure that we might not do the same thing. Because the gospel says we are going to be judging angels in the Life to come. So you have to ask yourself: what mind frame did those fallen angels have where they also disobeyed their own maker. God did not forgive them but he reserved them onto judgment via chains of darkness. We have to seek his righteousness. That word faith is so important. We have to love the things that God loves and hate the things God hates. Our faith MUST routed in his plan/ways.

 

Life has its hardships we call them trials and tribulation. Some people are very mis fortunate. Almost like they're cursed. But it might not always be so. For example young people that died in wars and we have freedom because of what they did. Meanwhile many people get to enjoy a life of having children and experiencing different things but these people lost their lives in such an unfortunate way. You know sometimes when they interview celebrities they will ask them what does a person have to do to have the success you had. And they will give their viewpoints. There are different stories out there. Different biographies and some of them are very interesting. Some of them are fascinating in the way that these people overcame in essence "perhaps" became very successful. Even at a time when they did not have the social media that they have today. And sometimes some artists that have become famous that have passed away wanted to achieve something even greater although some of them are/were the biggest stars in the world. And some of them know about the lord Jesus Christ and had been Christians. But something's missing massively. People struggle but sometimes they have intuition. You know that inner voice that tells you when something is not right. Sometimes from having nothing such people gained quite a bit. Some of them gained the world and will lose their own soul. In the end what is profited? So that brings me to just the question many people ask. What is life? Why are we here? What is the meaning of life? I put life and death before choose life. The problem is that people end up serving the evil one UN - denounced to themselves thinking that God doesn't see. He knows their thoughts and their past. But people never think one day they are going to die the physical death and face judgment. All those things  that were thought were hidden all of a sudden will be revealed. How ignorant can we be when we think there is not a higher power.

Look what the word of God says "Luke 20:38 “For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him.” He is risen. The fool has said in his heart there is no God. Abraham had a relationship with God. Job had a relationship with God. Noah was a righteous man.

Scripture tells us there is a way that seems right to a man but in the end it is the way of death. Christ was tempted in the desert. The evil one tried different things on him but he resisted. The real way is a straight gate but people see life as entertainment. God is Holy. I understand that means to be set apart. We are told we are to be holy as Christians. We must obey the Lord. 3:44 a.m. January 18th 2022

 

After notes: I'm not advocating to go back under the law. "Whoever pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity, and honor." How much is enough? We perceive the physical but we do not perceive the spiritual. Some people say they are spiritual but not religious. True Religion is to do unto others. It is to visit the orphans. It is to attend to the widows. It is to serve.

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
